Four curators from Japan, Russia, Mongolia, and the US with extensive music festival experience will talk about the development of local music in various countries, music festival brand management, and the internationalization of music festivals. Weining Hung (LUCfest, Taiwan)

Weining is the founder of LUCfest, a three-day showcase festival and conference in Tainan, Taiwan.
In the past, she started Gigdiving, a crowdfunding platform aimed at helping musicians acquire funding for going on tours. She initiated “Jaachi”- a event combining music, food, drink, and game from Asia in one night and expanded to multiple European cities.

Today, Weining is also in charge of LUCbooking, a booking agency and international management firm for Asia market with non-conventional methods. Nowadays, she  splits her time between Asia and Europe and passionate about stimulating networking activities and building Asian music platform. At the moment, Weining is also the international management for the Thai rising star, Phum Viphurit.
