The event organizers will be closely watching the situation and comply with the Taiwanese government’s instructions regarding public gatherings, including the following:

  1. There will be a temperature check station, first aid station, COVID-19 prevention station, and alcohol-based sanitizer at the venue entrance.
  2. At the entrance, arrivals will have their temperature checked. Those with temperatures reading 38°C or higher (as checked with an ear thermometer) or 37.5°C or higher (as checked with a forehead thermometer) will not be admitted.
  3. Any individual suspected of having any kind of infectious pneumonia will be brought to the COVID-19 prevention station. The proper health agency will be notified, and the individual will be brought to a medical care facility if needed. In addition, the organizers will conduct any extra prevention measures as directed by the health agency.
  4. Social distancing measures based on the government’s instructions regarding public gatherings will be in place and advocated throughout the event.

If the event is canceled, the ticket refund procedure will be handled in accordance with terms announced by the event organizer.

The lectures, workshops, Drum Circle, and Kids Zone, all of which are to be held in the Main Tent, require neither extra admission fees nor registration. However, since space in the tent is limited, we recommend you arrive early. We also welcome professionals in the music industry to pre-register for the lectures and dance workshops (please go to the Program Info page for details).

No cooking of any kind (including barbecuing) will be permitted at the event venue. However, attendees are welcome to bring prepared food and picnic blankets to be able to eat while enjoying music. Also, the Food Bazaar will be full of all different kinds of tasty choices from a number of countries. It would also be great if you would bring your own environmentally friendly dishes/utensils (some vendors will reward your effort with discounts!).

Sure! The first time you enter, you will be admitted based on your ticket. You may then proceed to the admission service counter to get a bracelet, which will allow you to leave and re-enter the venue as often as necessary. Keep your bracelet safe because you will not be issued a replacement if it gets lost; if it is damaged or breaks, it must be brought to the ticket window by the original owner to get a replacement.

Please go to the Ticketing page for details on event admission.

The sale of alcoholic beverages will not be permitted at the venue. However, attendees may bring their own, but please refrain from obnoxious drunken behavior or any other behavior that would disturb others.

At the event service center, staffed by friendly volunteers, you may ask questions about the event, including questions about lost items (this is where the lost-and-found is located). This is also where you can retrieve your gifts for checking in on Facebook. Please go to the Venue page to find the location of the event service center.

Due to the limits of facilities at the venue, camping is not permitted. But you are welcome to bring a blanket to have a picnic during the event!

Free admission for ages 0 – 12, 65+, and those with disabilities. Discounted tickets for companions of disabled individuals are also available (ONLY 1 companion per disabled individual) – please go to the Ticketing page for details.
